-Commercial management:*ERP, CRM (quotes, orders, purchases, invoicing)*Manage the administrative response to calls for tenders*Ensure solvency and customer recovery with sales representatives*Inventory management*Monthly Sales reports-Administrative management*Expense report, various admin tasks *Management of our suppliers*After-sales activity tracking, Maintenance planning.*Implementation of monthly sales and after-sales activity reporting on key indicators*Management of our subcontractors (Coordination of interventions, validation of invoices ...)-Financial and accounting management:*Preparation of management report (P&L)*Collaboration with our accounting partner for the annual balance sheet*Bank reconciliations*Updating monthly and year end journal*Preparing cost analysis and reports-Participate to the future implementation of China Hub (follow-up action plans, participation audit)-Take charge of certain missions with the Manager

Profile Description:-Bachelor degree or above, major in Management and Administration are preferred, you have acquired a minimum of 5 years' experience in this type of position-Autonomous, you combine rigor, availability, organization and have a taste for teamwork.-Fluent English, this position will require contacts with Germany as well as other countries where our subsidiaries are located-You have good writing and interpersonal skills and have a complete command of Excel, Word and PowerPoint computer tools.-More than two years experiences with Salesforce CRM system or ERP operating experiences. One is must, both were preferred.
